The Oversight Committee Republicans said on Monday that a former FBI oversight agent confirmed key parts of IRS whistleblower testimony.
Feds were told not to approach Hunter Biden!
The Biden transition team has been ADVISED of the scheduled interview with Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden received a sweetheart deal from his father’s corrupt Justice Department after a 5-year cleanup disguised as an investigation.
“Today our committee staff conducted a transcribed interview with a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent assigned to the FBI office in Wilmington and the Biden criminal investigation.” said Oversight Chairman James Comer.
By the supervisory committee:
The agent CONFIRMED key parts of the IRS whistleblowers’ testimony, including that Secret Service Headquarters and Biden’s transition team were INFORMED of the scheduled interview with Hunter Biden.
In fact, on the day of Hunter Biden’s interview, FEDERAL AGENTS WERE ADVISED TO HOLD AND NOT APPROACH HUNTER BIDEN – they were to wait for his call. Following the change in plans, IRS and FBI criminal investigators were never able to interview Hunter Biden as part of the investigation.
The former FBI supervisory special agent told committee investigators that he was never told to wait outside to be contacted by the subject of an investigation.
The agent’s testimony is sickening and reveals how far the DOJ is willing to go to cover for the Bidens. The Oversight Committee, along with the @JudiciaryGOP and the @WaysandMeansGOP, will continue to seek the answers, transparency, and accountability that the American people demand and deserve.
Below are key takeaways from today’s transcribed interview with a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent.
- As part of the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, multiple witness interviews were scheduled for December 8, 2020. IRS Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley and former FBI Supervisory Special Agent were assigned to interview Hunter Biden.
- On the evening of December 7, 2020, Shapley and the FBI Supervisory Special Agent learned that FBI Headquarters had informed Secret Service Headquarters of the planned interview with Hunter Biden. Additionally, they learned that Biden’s transition team had been notified of the scheduled interview. This was not the career agents’ original plan, which frustrated their investigative efforts because people found out who didn’t need to know.
- On December 8, 2020, Shapley and the FBI Supervisory Special Agent were told that they would not be allowed near Hunter Biden’s home and should instead wait near his residence until that Hunter Biden contacts them.
- The former FBI supervisory special agent told committee investigators that he was never told to wait outside to be contacted by the subject of an investigation.
Following these actions, Shapley and the former FBI Supervisory Special Agent never interviewed Hunter Biden.

The agent CONFIRMED key parts of the IRS whistleblower testimony, including…

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley recently appeared on Fox News to discuss Hunter Biden’s romance deal and DOJ corruption with host Bret Baier.
Shapley told Bret Baier that Hunter Biden received around $8.3 million from China (Chinese energy company CEFC), Ukraine and Romania between 2014 and 2019.
“Based on all the financial records that we found, they were analyzed – it was about $8.3 million that he (Hunter) received,” Shapley said.
“From whom?” asked Bret Baier.
“They came from China – from CEFC – came from Ukraine and Romania,” Shapley said. “And even the Burisma money… the 2014 and 2015 tax years when the Burisma money was coming in, I mean to this day there’s still about $400,000 of unreported income from Burisma in 2014. Hunter Biden was told by his partner Eric Schwerin that he needed to change his statements and he never did.
Shapley said the statute of limitations had expired, so Hunter Biden got away with not paying his taxes AND he was not charged with evasion.
This is why corrupt prosecutors dragged out the Hunter Biden investigation for 5 years.
“So the US Attorney’s Office in DC has denied these charges – the special counsel clearance requested by David Weiss was denied, and then the statute of limitations expires in November and December 2022, so those years are over and that there is no way to recover the money from this income from Burisma. said Shapley.
