Lawyers representing billionaire Elon Musk and Tesla (NASDAQ:) have asked a U.S. District Court judge to file a motion to sanction them for alleged conflicts of interest in a $258 billion lawsuit alleging that Musk had participated in an illegal racketeering scheme related to (DOGE) cryptocurrency.
In a filing dated July 6, Musk and Tesla’s team replied to the motion of June 25 deposit by Evan Spencer, an attorney representing the plaintiffs in the case against Musk.
