Donald Trump attempted to campaign in New Hampshire, but his remarks quickly turned into a messy meltdown.
Video:
Trump said, “Arrest the Marxist prosecutors who free the rapists and murderers who persecute conservatives and Catholics. And the Catholics? How would the Catholic ever vote for Joe Biden when there is in fact an assault on Catholics? I mean, I don’t know how many Catholics or who is Catholic in this room. How does someone as Catholic because specifically Catholics are targeted by the FBI and DOJ? And then you’re supposed to vote for Joe Biden. It does not mean anything. I will lead a completely revamped DOJ to investigate all prosecutors and radical prosecutors. attorneys general across the country. They are twisted as hell. A lot of them are really bad, they said one in New York with me. I will make this one in New York campaign against me. I’m going to have Donald Trump.
Trump has never been the most stable person, but his speeches have become even more meandering and unstable than before. Trump went on a rant about Biden and Catholics, which then moved on to his promise to get revenge on the DOJ for filing charges against him without transition. The transcription is not an error. Trump starts with the word stop as if reading from his teleprompter and the missing words.
The leaked audiotape where Trump admits to stealing classified documents does not do what he thought. Trump seems to believe the tape would exonerate him, but that only confirms his guilt in the minds of many.
This unstable shell of a person is what Ron DeSantis and more than ten other Republicans are losing to in a presidential primary.
