I love these Merrell Sandspur Rose sandals so much. They are so comfortable! I wore them recently on our trip to Chicago (by the way, I recently updated my article about it), and they were great for a lot of walking, even on the day we racked up 20,000 steps. They ended up being more comfortable than the other shoes I brought, my Converse high tops (which, okay, are metallic and not super flexible, but still).
Although these sandals are ultra-comfortable, they are definitely not shoes for walking quickly or on rough terrain; they just don’t hold onto your feet securely enough for that, by design. But for shopping, hanging out at the farmer’s market, dressing in a casual office, or walking the dog (or strolling around town, if you’re not in a rush!), they’re perfect.
These sandals cost between $55 and $70 at Zappos, DSWAnd merrel (priced in euros at Merrell for some reason). They’re available in several neutral tones plus a pretty purple hue, in sizes 5-11. (Mine are nearly worn out, so I just bought another pair!)
